Cause

For the months of February and March 2024 the ROTARY ROCKS 50/50 DRAW proceeds will be donated to the Royal Canadian Legion #112, Madeira Park (‘PH Legion’)GENERATOR FUND.

The PH Legion has volunteered to serve as a Reception/Support Services Center for our community. Due to the numerous power outages and extreme weather conditions we experience, the PH Legion hopes to install a standby generator. This will allow the PH Legion to assist our residents with food and shelter.

The cost of purchase and installation of a GENERATOR will be approximately $75-95,000. The PH Legion is applying for grants but also needs community support for this important community initiative.
